Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. COURT BOOKINGS (LOCAL FACILITY):

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund or store credit.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.
• To cancel or reschedule, please use the link in your confirmation email or contact support.

2. RETAIL MERCHANDISE (IN-STORE & ONLINE):

Unused paddles and gear in their original, unopened packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund, minus any return shipping costs.

3. COMMERCIAL B2B SALES (ACEBALL SYSTEM):

All sales of commercial interactive systems, projectors, and custom software are FINAL once the manufacturing process has begun. Warranties for hardware defects will be handled according to the specific Manufacturer's Warranty Agreement provided at the time of purchase.
