Terms of Service — ACE BROOKS CORP

1. GENERAL: By accessing acebrooks.ca or acebrooks.club, and by purchasing our products or services, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms.

2. COURT BOOKINGS (B2C): All bookings are valid only for the specific time slot purchased. The access PIN/QR code provided is strictly for the purchaser and their verified guests. Sharing access codes with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited and will result in a ban from the facility.

3. B2B HARDWARE & SOFTWARE SALES: For clients purchasing the AceBall™ Interactive System or other commercial equipment, specialized B2B contracts will apply. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a signed B2B contract, the signed B2B contract shall prevail.

4. AUTOMATED SHUTDOWN: Our facility uses IoT smart relays. Power to sports equipment and primary lighting will automatically disconnect 5 minutes after your booking expires. You must vacate the court on time.
